At Skillpins, we believe that great experiences begin with transparency and trust. These Terms & Conditions explain the rules that apply when you purchase products or services from Skillpins. 1. Welcome

Welcome to Skillpins.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all purchases made through www.skillpins.com and apply to all products, services and digital resources offered by Skillpins, operated by White Elk AB.

By placing an order through our website, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not place an order.

Throughout these Terms, the words "Skillpins", "we", "our" and "us" refer to White Elk AB.

3. Who Can Place an Order

You may purchase products or services from Skillpins if you:

are at least 18 years of age, or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian;
are legally capable of entering into binding agreements;
provide accurate and complete information during checkout.

Organizations, schools, clubs, companies and other legal entities may purchase products through authorized representatives.

4. Our Products & Training Resources

Skillpins develops products and educational resources designed to motivate basketball players through structured and engaging training.

Our products may include:

Starter Kits
Team Kits
Club Kits
Challenge Cards
Digital training resources
Basketball-related accessories
Future products and services offered through our webshop

Product availability may change over time and we reserve the right to add, modify or discontinue products without prior notice.

5. Product Information

We strive to ensure that all descriptions, specifications, photographs, illustrations and other product information are accurate.

However:

colors may vary depending on your screen or device;
illustrations and photographs are intended for guidance;
minor improvements or design changes may occur without prior notice.

Such differences shall not be considered product defects.

6. Pricing

All prices displayed on the website are shown in the selected currency.

Where required by applicable law, prices include VAT.

Shipping charges, taxes and any additional costs are presented during checkout before the purchase is completed.

We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time.

Price changes will never affect orders that have already been accepted.

7. Payment

Payments are securely processed through our approved payment providers.

Available payment methods may include:

Credit and debit cards
Kustom
Klarna
Other payment methods displayed during checkout

Payment information is processed directly by our payment providers. Skillpins does not store complete payment card details.

8. Order Acceptance

Submitting an order does not automatically constitute acceptance of that order.

After placing an order you will receive an order confirmation acknowledging that we have received your order.

A binding purchase agreement is formed once:

your physical order has been accepted and dispatched; or
your digital product has been delivered or made available for download.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in situations including, but not limited to:

pricing errors;
technical issues;
suspected fraud;
payment authorization failure;
product unavailability;
legal or regulatory restrictions.

If payment has already been received, any applicable refund will be processed without unnecessary delay.

9. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship products from Sweden.

Orders containing products that are in stock are normally prepared for shipment within two (2) business days after payment has been confirmed.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, the selected shipping method and the carrier.

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and should not be considered guaranteed delivery dates.

Skillpins is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, weather conditions, strikes or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a correct delivery address. Additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information may be charged to the customer.

10. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout and displayed before the purchase is completed.

Free shipping promotions, where applicable, apply only under the conditions stated at the time of purchase.

For deliveries outside Sweden, additional customs duties, import taxes or local charges may apply depending on the destination country. Such charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

11. Risk of Loss & Ownership

Ownership of physical products remains with White Elk AB until full payment has been received.

The risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the products have been delivered in accordance with the applicable delivery method.

12. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers)

If you are purchasing as a consumer within the European Union, you normally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within fourteen (14) days in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.

The withdrawal period begins on the day you receive the goods, or, in the case of digital products, as provided by applicable law.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us before the withdrawal period expires.

Returned products must be unused and returned in substantially the same condition as received, including any original packaging where reasonably possible.

The right of withdrawal does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer legislation.

13. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal may not apply in certain situations permitted by law.

This includes, for example:

digital products that have been delivered after the customer has expressly consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged that the right of withdrawal is thereby waived where permitted by applicable law;
products that have been customized or manufactured according to the customer's specifications;
sealed products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once opened, where applicable.

14. Returns

If you wish to return a product, please contact us before sending the item back.

Unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Returned products should be securely packaged to prevent damage during transportation.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as the customer remains responsible for the returned goods until they have been received by us.

15. Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

Original shipping charges are refunded only where required by applicable consumer legislation.

16. Defective Products & Complaints

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after discovering the issue.

Please include:

your order number;
a description of the issue;
photographs where appropriate.

If the complaint is valid, we will, at our discretion and in accordance with applicable law:

repair the product;
replace the product;
provide a partial refund; or
issue a full refund.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection legislation.

17. Digital Products

Skillpins offers digital products and training resources, including downloadable Challenge Cards and other educational materials.

Digital products are delivered electronically and are normally made available immediately after payment has been successfully completed.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that a valid email address has been provided and that downloaded files are stored securely after delivery.

We reserve the right to update, improve or replace digital products where appropriate without reducing their intended functionality.

18. License to Use Digital Products

Unless otherwise stated, purchasing a digital product grants the customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the purchased material.

The license permits the customer to use the material:

for personal use; or
within the purchasing club, school or organization.

The purchase of a digital product does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property or any copyright associated with the material.

19. Our Fair Use Policy

We created Skillpins to help players develop through engaging and structured basketball training. We encourage the use of our products as intended while respecting the work that goes into creating them.

You are welcome to:

use purchased products for your own training;
use materials within your own club, school or organization;
print Challenge Cards where printing is expressly permitted;
share your own training experiences using Skillpins.

You may not:

upload purchased digital products to public websites or file sharing services;
share downloads with individuals or organizations that have not purchased access;
resell, sublicense or redistribute digital products;
modify Skillpins materials for commercial distribution;
remove copyright, trademark or ownership notices;
use Skillpins materials to develop competing commercial products.

20. Intellectual Property

All content made available by Skillpins is protected by copyright, trademark and other applicable intellectual property laws.

This includes, but is not limited to:

the Skillpins® name and trademarks;
logos and visual identity;
Challenge Cards;
training systems and progression models;
achievement levels and educational concepts;
videos and video productions;
graphics, illustrations and photographs;
website design and written content;
downloadable resources;
software, future applications and digital services.

No part of the Skillpins website or its products may be reproduced, copied, distributed, published or commercially exploited without prior written permission from White Elk AB.

21. The Skillpins Training System

The Skillpins training system represents a proprietary educational concept developed by White Elk AB.

This includes, but is not limited to:

the progression model;
challenge structure;
training methodology;
assessment principles;
educational framework;
Challenge Cards;
achievement system;
supporting graphics and instructional materials.

Nothing in these Terms grants permission to reproduce or commercially exploit the Skillpins training system or any substantial part of it without prior written permission.

22. Artificial Intelligence

Unless expressly authorized in writing by White Elk AB, no content made available by Skillpins may be used for:

training artificial intelligence models;
machine learning datasets;
large language models;
automated content generation systems;
image generation or model training;
other similar technologies.

This restriction applies to text, graphics, Challenge Cards, videos, educational materials, downloadable resources and all other proprietary content made available by Skillpins.

23. User Accounts

Certain services may require the creation of a user account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to notify us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts that violate these Terms or are used in an unlawful or abusive manner.

24. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, White Elk AB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of or relating to:

the use or inability to use the Skillpins website;
the purchase or use of Skillpins products or services;
participation in basketball training or other physical activities;
temporary interruptions or technical issues affecting the website;
errors or omissions in website content.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

25. Force Majeure

White Elk AB shall not be liable for delays or failures in performing its obligations where such delays or failures result from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Such circumstances may include, but are not limited to:

natural disasters;
war or civil unrest;
government actions;
pandemics or epidemics;
labor disputes;
transportation disruptions;
supplier failures;
power outages;
internet or communication failures.

We will make reasonable efforts to minimize the effects of such events whenever possible.

26. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us.

The collection and processing of personal data are described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

By placing an order or using our website, you acknowledge that your personal data may be processed in accordance with those policies.

27. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time in order to reflect changes in our business, products, services or legal requirements.

The latest version will always be published on this page together with the date of the latest revision.

For significant changes, we may also provide additional notice where appropriate.

28. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Sweden.

Where mandatory consumer protection legislation applies in your country of residence, those rights remain unaffected.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved through mutual agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Sweden unless otherwise required by mandatory law.

29. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Any invalid provision shall, where possible, be interpreted in a manner that most closely reflects its original purpose.

Everything we create is designed to support players, coaches, clubs and schools through engaging, structured and enjoyable training experiences.
