Our Products &amp; Training Resources<\/h2>\n\n<p>\nSkillpins develops products and educational resources designed to motivate basketball players through structured and engaging training.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\nOur products may include:\n<\/p>\n\n<ul>\n\n<li>Starter Kits<\/li>\n\n<li>Team Kits<\/li>\n\n<li>Club Kits<\/li>\n\n<li>Challenge Cards<\/li>\n\n<li>Digital training resources<\/li>\n\n<li>Basketball-related accessories<\/li>\n\n<li>Future products and services offered through our webshop<\/li>\n\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>\nProduct availability may change over time and we reserve the right to add, modify or discontinue products without prior notice.\n<\/p>\n\n<hr>\n\n<h2>5. Order Acceptance<\/h2>\n\n<p>\nSubmitting an order does not automatically constitute acceptance of that order.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\nAfter placing an order you will receive an order confirmation acknowledging that we have received your order.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\nA binding purchase agreement is formed once:\n<\/p>\n\n<ul>\n\n<li>your physical order has been accepted and dispatched; or<\/li>\n\n<li>your digital product has been delivered or made available for download.<\/li>\n\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>\nWe reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in situations including, but not limited to:\n<\/p>\n\n<ul>\n\n<li>pricing errors;<\/li>\n\n<li>technical issues;<\/li>\n\n<li>suspected fraud;<\/li>\n\n<li>payment authorization failure;<\/li>\n\n<li>product unavailability;<\/li>\n\n<li>legal or regulatory restrictions.<\/li>\n\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>\nIf payment has already been received, any applicable refund will be processed without unnecessary delay.\n<\/p>\n\n<\/section><\/div><div class=\"x-text x-content e1173-e5 mwl-4\"><hr>\n\n<h2>9. Shipping &amp; Delivery<\/h2>\n\n<p>\nWe currently ship products from Sweden.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\nOrders containing products that are in stock are normally prepared for shipment within <strong>two (2) business days<\/strong> after payment has been confirmed.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\nDelivery times may vary depending on the destination, the selected shipping method and the carrier.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\nEstimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and should not be considered guaranteed delivery dates.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\nSkillpins is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, weather conditions, strikes or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\nCustomers are responsible for providing a correct delivery address. Additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information may be charged to the customer.\n<\/p>\n\n<hr>\n\n<h2>10. Shipping Costs<\/h2>\n\n<p>\nShipping costs are calculated during checkout and displayed before the purchase is completed.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\nFree shipping promotions, where applicable, apply only under the conditions stated at the time of purchase.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\nFor deliveries outside Sweden, additional customs duties, import taxes or local charges may apply depending on the destination country. Such charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.\n<\/p>\n\n<hr>\n\n<h2>11. Risk of Loss &amp; Ownership<\/h2>\n\n<p>\nOwnership of physical products remains with White Elk AB until full payment has been received.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\nThe risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the products have been delivered in accordance with the applicable delivery method.\n<\/p>\n\n<hr>\n\n<h2>12. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers)<\/h2>\n\n<p>\nIf you are purchasing as a consumer within the European Union, you normally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within fourteen (14) days in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\nThe withdrawal period begins on the day you receive the goods, or, in the case of digital products, as provided by applicable law.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\nTo exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us before the withdrawal period expires.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\nReturned products must be unused and returned in substantially the same condition as received, including any original packaging where reasonably possible.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\nThe right of withdrawal does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer legislation.\n<\/p>\n\n<hr>\n\n<h2>13. Returns<\/h2>\n\n<p>\nIf you wish to return a product, please contact us before sending the item back.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\nUnless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\nReturned products should be securely packaged to prevent damage during transportation.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\nWe recommend using a tracked shipping service, as the customer remains responsible for the returned goods until they have been received by us.\n<\/p>\n\n<hr>\n\n<h2>15. Refunds<\/h2>\n\n<p>\nOnce we have received and inspected the returned product, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\nApproved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\nRefund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\nOriginal shipping charges are refunded only where required by applicable consumer legislation.\n<\/p>\n\n<hr>\n\n<h2>16. Digital Products<\/h2>\n\n<p>\nSkillpins offers digital products and training resources, including downloadable Challenge Cards and other educational materials.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\nDigital products are delivered electronically and are normally made available immediately after payment has been successfully completed.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\nIt is the customer's responsibility to ensure that a valid email address has been provided and that downloaded files are stored securely after delivery.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\nWe reserve the right to update, improve or replace digital products where appropriate without reducing their intended functionality.\n<\/p>\n\n<hr>\n\n<h2>18. License to Use Digital Products<\/h2>\n\n<p>\nUnless otherwise stated, purchasing a digital product grants the customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the purchased material.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\nThe license permits the customer to use the material:\n<\/p>\n\n<ul>\n<li>for personal use; or<\/li>\n<li>within the purchasing club, school or organization.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>\nThe purchase of a digital product does <strong>not<\/strong> transfer ownership of the intellectual property or any copyright associated with the material.\n<\/p>\n\n<hr>\n\n<h2>19. Our Fair Use Policy<\/h2>\n\n<p>\nWe created Skillpins to help players develop through engaging and structured basketball training. We encourage the use of our products as intended while respecting the work that goes into creating them.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\nYou are welcome to:\n<\/p>\n\n<ul>\n<li>use purchased products for your own training;<\/li>\n<li>use materials within your own club, school or organization;<\/li>\n<li>print Challenge Cards where printing is expressly permitted;<\/li>\n<li>share your own training experiences using Skillpins.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>\nYou may not:\n<\/p>\n\n<ul>\n<li>upload purchased digital products to public websites or file sharing services;<\/li>\n<li>share downloads with individuals or organizations that have not purchased access;<\/li>\n<li>resell, sublicense or redistribute digital products;<\/li>\n<li>modify Skillpins materials for commercial distribution;<\/li>\n<li>remove copyright, trademark or ownership notices;<\/li>\n<li>use Skillpins materials to develop competing commercial products.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>\nIf you wish to use Skillpins materials beyond these permissions, we are happy to discuss licensing opportunities. Intellectual Property<\/h2>\n\n<p>\nAll content made available by Skillpins is protected by copyright, trademark and other applicable intellectual property laws.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\nThis includes, but is not limited to:\n<\/p>\n\n<ul>\n<li>the Skillpins\u00ae name and trademarks;<\/li>\n<li>logos and visual identity;<\/li>\n<li>Challenge Cards;<\/li>\n<li>training systems and progression models;<\/li>\n<li>achievement levels and educational concepts;<\/li>\n<li>videos and video productions;<\/li>\n<li>graphics, illustrations and photographs;<\/li>\n<li>website design and written content;<\/li>\n<li>downloadable resources;<\/li>\n<li>software, future applications and digital services.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>\nNo part of the Skillpins website or its products may be reproduced, copied, distributed, published or commercially exploited without prior written permission from White Elk AB.\n<\/p>\n\n<hr>\n\n<h2>21. The Skillpins Training System<\/h2>\n\n<p>\nThe Skillpins training system represents a proprietary educational concept developed by White Elk AB.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\nThis includes, but is not limited to:\n<\/p>\n\n<ul>\n<li>the progression model;<\/li>\n<li>challenge structure;<\/li>\n<li>training methodology;<\/li>\n<li>assessment principles;<\/li>\n<li>educational framework;<\/li>\n<li>Challenge Cards;<\/li>\n<li>achievement system;<\/li>\n<li>supporting graphics and instructional materials.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>\nNothing in these Terms grants permission to reproduce or commercially exploit the Skillpins training system or any substantial part of it without prior written permission.\n<\/p>\n\n<hr>\n\n<h2>22. Artificial Intelligence<\/h2>\n\n<p>\nUnless expressly authorized in writing by White Elk AB, no content made available by Skillpins may be used for:\n<\/p>\n\n<ul>\n<li>training artificial intelligence models;<\/li>\n<li>machine learning datasets;<\/li>\n<li>large language models;<\/li>\n<li>automated content generation systems;<\/li>\n<li>image generation or model training;<\/li>\n<li>other similar technologies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>\nThis restriction applies to text, graphics, Challenge Cards, videos, educational materials, downloadable resources and all other proprietary content made available by Skillpins.\n<\/p>\n\n<hr>\n\n<h2>23. User Accounts<\/h2>\n\n<p>\nCertain services may require the creation of a user account.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\nYou are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\nYou agree to notify us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\nWe reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts that violate these Terms or are used in an unlawful or abusive manner.\n<\/p><\/div><div class=\"x-text x-content e1173-e7 mwl-4\"><hr>\n\n<h2>24. Limitation of Liability<\/h2>\n\n<p>\nTo the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, White Elk AB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of or relating to:\n<\/p>\n\n<ul>\n<li>the use or inability to use the Skillpins website;<\/li>\n<li>the purchase or use of Skillpins products or services;<\/li>\n<li>participation in basketball training or other physical activities;<\/li>\n<li>temporary interruptions or technical issues affecting the website;<\/li>\n<li>errors or omissions in website content.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>\nNothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.\n<\/p>\n\n<hr>\n\n<h2>25. Force Majeure<\/h2>\n\n<p>\nWhite Elk AB shall not be liable for delays or failures in performing its obligations where such delays or failures result from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\nSuch circumstances may include, but are not limited to:\n<\/p>\n\n<ul>\n<li>natural disasters;<\/li>\n<li>war or civil unrest;<\/li>\n<li>government actions;<\/li>\n<li>pandemics or epidemics;<\/li>\n<li>labor disputes;<\/li>\n<li>transportation disruptions;<\/li>\n<li>supplier failures;<\/li>\n<li>power outages;<\/li>\n<li>internet or communication failures.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>\nWe will make reasonable efforts to minimize the effects of such events whenever possible.\n<\/p>\n\n<hr>\n\n<h2>26.
